In the three short years the Jewish Discovery Center (JDC) has come into being, it has left an indelible imprint on the Western New York Jewish community. The JDC, through its multifaceted and creative programming, has reached and touched the lives of thousands. From its weekly TV show, to the Jewish Renaissance Fair to the Matzah Bakeries in all schools to the numerous adult education classes and private tutorials, the JDC's non-judgmental philosophy has gained the broad support of the Buffalo Jewish community.

The JDC's greatest achievements, perhaps, are its ability to bring together diverse components of the community and to serve as a driving force in that same community for greater emphasis on quality adult education.
